carriers and to forward all necessary documents to shipping and/or receiving
parties. All of this information is required in order to accurately process
the shipment request.
Shippersfriend.com will allow users to create an address book in order
to simplify and expedite the shipment scheduling process. This information
may be accessed by Shippersfriend.com in the event a tendered shipment
becomes distressed and cannot be delivered.

such as names, addresses, e-mail addresses, etc., is used solely by management
and employees of Shipppersfriend.com. This information is not shared

chosen by the shipper or the shipper’s agent. Shippersfriend.com does not

what is required for shipment administration. Carriers have no direct access
